Earth Expansion Theory, Newsletter April 2012

In the April 2012 issue of the Newsletter, Q & A with Dr. Hull.
Your thought on the “Earth Expansion Theory” are fantastic. http://beforeitsnews.com/story/936/268/ … Video.html
I have been picking up subjects for the past year that would add to the theory. Just a few months back I was reading (don’t remember where) that the Gulf of Mexico may be an ancient caldera. Last year I got an e-mail about a potential investment in an oil stock which described a theory about oil being replenished naturally by/at the earth’s core, (pretty cool idea). An exhaustible natural resource, ridicules.
Link to this story, http://www.wnd.com/2004/05/24777/

I listened to your radio broadcast from July 22, 2011 and learned a lot about Florida and the entire gulf coast that I’m sure not too many know about its ancient history. Looking at the graphic on the site indicate or looks like a virtual “pin cushion” with all the oil wells in the northern gulf area. With what you were saying I’m sure that area would be a terrific weak point with any expansion of the crust. The above link is one of those oil wells know as Eugene Island about 80 miles off the coast of Louisiana. The theory of the inexhaustible oil source has, supposedly, been proven all round the world in all oil producing areas where the wells had slowed down production only to increase production at a later date.

In any case I really enjoyed the radio show and would love to learn more about your theories. You should develop a “forum” on this subject. I’m sure there would be a great deal of interest.

PatB

Salad for your Liver Support

Ingredients:

1½ cup radish, finely sliced
½ orange, finely diced
10 walnuts, chopped (pre-roasted in a dry pan)
2 tsp. onion, finely chopped

Dressing:

4 tsp. walnut oil
Some orange juice, freshly pressed
If you prefer a few drops apple cider vinegar
3 tsp. pure yoghurt
A pinch of Himalayan or sea salt
If you prefer, pepper to taste

Method:

Mix the dressing ingredients together and add them over the salad.

Benefits:

White or Black Radish: The radish root also known as Raphanus sativus of Brassica family contains
natural sulphur too and have powerful healing and cleansing properties. Radish may
help in the treatment of high level cadmium and fresh radish juice has protective
effect against carbon tetrachloride-induced hepatotoxicity.

Well, the ingredients like Walnut, Orange and Onion are good sources of Glutathione.
Glutathione is found in the lungs, liver and
intestinal tract. Glutathione protects cells from toxins (also the liver) and free radicals.
Radish and onion are rich of natural sulphur
compounds which are helpful for general cleansing of the body.

Tip: If you want you can add a small amount of milk thistle extract in the dressing. Silymarin is the key active compound in milk thistle. This substance can
increase Glutathione production in the liver by around 30 %. Silymarin also increases
the activity of SOD/super oxid dismutase in red and white blood cells. Silymarin is
ideal to support environmental-induced stress by e.g. heavy metals, toxins, pollutants
and pesticides.

Have you interest in more healthy recipes, then please look here.
Splenda Detox

In June of this year I got sick (anxious, dizziness, nausea, etc) from a Whey protein I took with sucralose in it. Took it for two weeks, realized this crap was in it and then stopped. I have no idea how much my body absorbed of this stuff or how much the manufacturer uses, but my guess is a lot. I take a daily probiotic, fish oil, exercise & get chiro adjustments pretty regularly and my diet consists of mostly fruits, vegetables, nuts, grass fed beef and Whey Factors protein (non GMO, no artificial sweetners, etc.).

I tried doing a whole body detox that included milk thistle, dandelion and a few other detox ingredients from a general health food store for a week or so. Overall, I feel much better since I got sick. However, over the past 7 days I've lost another 4lbs, but my body feels very weak/tired even after 8 hours of sleep per night. I struggled to get thru 30 minutes of cardio at the gym yesterday. My chiro told me to just listen to my body and keep getting plenty of rest.

I read from a study on Splenda that it gets into the fat cells. Is it possible that as I burn off fat that Splenda is getting released again into my system?

It's been almost 3 months now and I am hoping to actually one day completely rid my system of this stuff.

Heart palpitations? racing/pounding heart? dizziness?

Dr. Hull,

For some time now, I have been using Splenda in my morning coffee. A while ago, I noticed that my heart would pound from time to time. I would especially notice when trying to get to sleep. Also, in the morning while driving to work, and after my morning 16oz cup of coffee, I would often feel dizzy and disoriented. Two nights ago, Friday, I decided to make myself a tall cup of lemonade. I used 6 packets of Splenda to sweeten it. Saturday morning I woke up and had my coffee. I was cleaning the garage, moving some bags of cement when my heart started pounding much harder than usual. I also noticed that my heart was skipping beats and changing tempo. I then decided to look up Splenda side effects. I have since discontinued Splenda and Aspertame (diet sodas, maybe 1-2/day). Two days later and my heart is still skipping beats from time to time.

I'm afraid of going to a doctor that doesn't know about Splenda. I had Candidiasis a few years back and my doc was no help at all. He thought I was crazy. How long does this stuff take to detox?

Some things you should know:
I'm a 1 pack-a-day smoker (I know.... bad)
I'm type II diabetic (though mild and controlled with diet)

-Bee

Niacin extended release

Hi Dr Hull!
I had some hyperpigmentation on my face and I experimented treating it with hydroquinone which was a BIG mistake!!I must've used it only for 20 days or so.I scrubbed my face once and about 2 days later i started feeling as if my facial veins were pulling..I couldnt chew properly as my mouth wasnt opening wide enough due to the pulling feeling and my veins were hurting when I smiled or opened my mouth too wide.I guess after the scrub hydroquinone absorption increased and thats what caused this.I stopped hydroquinone immediately and the pulling feeling started decreasing but i already had developed blackish veins on my face..they were more prominent around the mouth(where the smile lines are).I thought now that I've stopped hydro, the veins will disappear. They did,but not totally.Thats when I decided I badly needed a detox and read about niacin.

I started taking niacin extended release 375 mg (I couldnt find direct release niacin here)and I exercised.I did this for just one week and the pulling feeling was almost totally gone and the blackish veins disappeared to a great extent. But as I was researching more,I learned that extended release was harmful. So I was wondering if I could break up the tablet and take half or quarter of it so that it is directly released into my body??I tried it once..I crushed the tablet and took the powder..I didnt experience any flush but nothing bad happened either. So I was just wondering that can breaking up the tablet help if I dont find direct release niacin??Also do you think taking extended release niacin for a week could've damaged my liver??Thanks for the help!!:)

Life Crumbling: Heavy Metals Potentially?

Hey guys,

Prior to 18, I was an extremely happy-go-lucky kid. I was extremely outgoing and very active. I studied hard and was able to attend an ivy league institution. However, at the age of 18 (after graduating high school), I started exhibiting certain symptoms. 2.5 years later, more symptoms have come up, and overall my situation has gotten worse. Here are my current symptoms:

-heavy brain fog (especially near/behind the eyes region) - feel dazed/ “out of it”
-chronic fatigue
-overall cognitive impairment
-depression/bipolar symptoms
-lack of creativity
-extremely uncoordinated
-feel "slow”, slower reactions, slower thinking
-can't concentrate/focus
-harder to write essays/sentences
-feel disoriented
-feel kind of dizzy/shaky at times
-paranoia
-anxiety
-Indecisive
-Difficulty thinking (especially hard to reason/use logic)
-Speech impairment sometimes
-Low self-confidence - losing my friends!

***
these symptoms fade in and out throughout the day and became more intense at random times (especially mid-day, or an hour or so after waking up, or often after a hot shower).
***

I’m losing my friends, my creativity, everything I love in life. I can’t be myself, it’s hard to even be social—I always feel dazed or dizzy or tired or foggy. I went to a few homeopath’s and did some candida/lead [via merc. viv] detoxing, but the symptoms are still there and getting worse as time passes. I’ve also tried all sorts of things [i.e. Neurofeedback, etc] to no avail ! Does anyone have any suggestions? Any help at all will greatly be appreciated.

Bless you all, Thanks

NO MORE ASPARTAME is detoxing

Like the song by Asia, “Only Time Will Tell”, my love for diet soda is leaving. And, like the lyrics;

(Only time will tell)
You're on your own
Inside your room
(Only time will tell)
You're claiming victory
You were just using me
And there is no one you can use now

(Only time will tell)
One thing is sure
That time will tell

I realize for me how damaging the addiction to them can be. Then again, maybe it is the eternal wrestling with an addictive personality, which I truly may not understand. Though complexity seems to be daunting, overshadowing, and, yes, wearisome, through it’s confrontation comes simplicity, an answer, or the solution.

Masked by mood swings, mainly depression, physical symptoms – fatigue, forgetfulness, and unfamiliar pain, my quest with a lifestyle change seemed to be heading east rather than west. Then again, moving backward toward the rising sun may be the answer.

Discovering a plethora of additional information in Dr. Hull’s Newsletter archives I darted and dashed about. Then, allowing, shall we say, for the universe to answer my question I discovered one entry - What To Expect From Your Detox, Posted September 2009: http://www.janethull.com/newsletter/090 … _detox.php

Reading this post I gained reassurance many of the symptoms I was experiencing could be expected, even though I had not began using the Detox supplements. Reasoning points out refraining from Aspartame only “IS” detoxing. Therefore, having symptoms related to detoxing would be natural to experience and expect. AND, why psychologically “sneaking” a small diet soda with lunch would also become seeking comfort. Although “sneaking about” did not bring any real relief, it was my “donut” for the symptoms. Diet soda, an addictive agent for me, became my comfort food, yet like the lyrics above say “you (aspartame) were just using me” and “only time will tell.”

So, now, I have made a new resolution toward the greater goal – change for a healthy (wellness) lifestyle, and will head back east. I will back track until the storm passes before crossing the great Rockies like many pioneers before me, and study the lay of the land more closely.

I have gathered an arsenal of great works together:
pH Balance Testing (http://www.janethull.com/ph-balance-testing/index.php)
    Detox Kit (http://www.detoxprogram.net/)
    Hair Analysis (http://www.janethull.com/hair-analysis/index.php)
    Sweet Poison (http://www.sweetpoison.com/about-sweetpoison.html)
    Metabolic Typing Diet (http://www.metabolictyping.com/)
    Glycemic Index (http://www.glycemicindex.com/)
    Diabetes Support (http://www.diabetes.org/)
And soon, Cancer Diet information, since I am a smoker, (http://www.alternativecancerdiet.com/)

My master plan will change, as is my “master status” (Social Interaction http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Master_status ). My expectation is a slow progression, even though I would like “the quick fix,” I am comfortable with the many symptoms I am experiencing. Realizing with the “education” received from Dr. Hull’s Newsletter post of Sept. 2009 (http://www.janethull.com/newsletter/090 … _detox.php) these are normal.

This said, journaling and creating a charting system, so that I can monitor my own progress – comparatively, I surely will discover progress and success toward the goal – wellness & healthy lifestyle. Learning, knowing my arsenal is the next step. Creating a nutritional menu plan (I don’t like the word diet, since it is so misleading) will be next. Then, create a supplement program based on a solid financial plan & time study, while gaining greater confidence with discovered positive results. This is, in a great sense, relief, which is a far better feeling than “sneaking a sip” – (smile).

Oh yeah, my new credo today, imprinted on my coffee cups are;
Embrace the moment,
Why wait, create,
The universe knows.
