I think it is worth noting that in the minds of the pharmaceutical corporations they have absolutely no desire to cure patients, but rather manage their care.  If the cure our ailments, they have a one time customer that will not generate long term profits, however if the manage our ailment, they have a customer for life.  This type of attitude only contributes to the misery that people who suffer from various ailments.  I know because I have type II diabetes.  In dealing with my providers they only suggestion was to go from pills to insulin.  I proved them wrong when I did some research and found that diet (losing weight) and exercise is the key to controlling my glucose levels.  There is probably a cure for diabetes other than these poisonous drugs they want us to take, it lies somewhere in nature, not in a man made chemical.

Up till now I have been sitting on the sidelines reading about the side effects and some of the cures.

This artical has motivated me to share my story. If I could have had this knowlege I would have saved years of discomfort and could have been well sooner. I hope that I could save someone from what seems alot of us have gone through.

Many years ago I was diagnosed with type 2 diabetes so as part of my efforts to control it I started drinking diet pop. About 3-5 cans a day. over many months I started experiencing headaches, dizzyness, tired alot, memory loss and aches. All explained to me that it could be due to the medications or disease I now have. After years of enduring these side effects I was driving to work one day and had a piece of sugarfree gum. Within minites I started having ichy skin, then noticed welts and hives forming all over, and then found my breathing becomming hard. I drove myself to the hospital and they couldn't figure out what caused it. And proceeded to stick me with a bunch of needles full of ????. I was in ER when a doctor came in to see me and had mentioned that he has seen cases where people have had serious reactions to aspartame. At the time you wonder how after years of trouble free use how this could happen.

After that I cut out all products with that chemical and started to loose alot of the symptoms that the doctors thought were due to the medications or disease. I am still dealing with the diabetes but I feel so much heathier and "normal" now.

Since I have read about others experiencing the same as I if there is a way for you to reach more people I am sure there are others getting sick form this. It would be nice to know that these efforts have helped.
