4 to 6 potatoes (cooked & cut in slices)
2 to 3 cups sauerkraut (chopped)
1 onion (fine chopped)
3 or 4 tsp. heavy sour cream
3 dried unsulphured apricots (diced) or more of choice
1 to 2  little slices bacon (fine chopped)
