There are many safe hair products to cover that gray, and you can return to feeling good about yourself once again! Ask your hairdresser to research the Matrix line, Graham Webb and other product lines out of Canada. These are my favorite choices. Avoid the OTC boxes found at the popular-marts. These are cheap and full of chemicals. You may spend a bit more on quality products, but they are out there and available at your high-end hair salons.

You are on track avoiding all chemicals, and as a hair patient of mine, may I say how proud I am of you!! But at times, one must cheat a tiny bit to preserve self-esteem and pride in our appearances. Being gray and whited-headed is beautiful, but sometimes not until the later years!!!
