I'm missing something here! The pastitsio directions leave out some vital info. How does the pasta fit in with the custard? [One can only guess!]

Re: Healthy Recipes - January 2009

You are right - there were errors in that recipe.  They have been corrected.  Please go back to this month's recipes and note the corrections.

I try very hard to input all recipes with the utmost care; unfortunately this one slipped by me.

I made this recipe this past Sunday.  It was delicious.  I hope if you already had a fiasco with the Pastitsio, that you will give it another chance with the corrected recipe.

Sorry again.

Re: Healthy Recipes - January 2009

Well, I made it and it turned out great. Guess I am so unorganized in the kitchen, I couldn't tell it had mistakes. Hum, wonder if that is good or bad?

I love your recipes, and if a mistake is there, I still appreciate your efforts to share the best ones. After all, they are free and easy - I don't have to do much but hit print. Some are better than others, but hey, they are all worth a try.
