I am so glad that nuts provide more than just protein to the body. I eat a healthy amount of walnuts, almond, cashews on a daily basis. I am a little too young to experience
Rheumatoid Arthritis but this article gives real food for thought to even someone who doesn't have major health issues at the moment. Thanks for the article. ![]()
