Re: Hair Loss

You are now on the right track, Kiran. Also supplement with pure silica, as this is the key element that restores hair, skin, bone and nail growth in all animals. BioSil® has a great liquid form that is tasteless in water, and NOW® has a tablet form of pure silica that is good, too.

Detox, remove all those diet products, get on a good vitamin routine, and use the silica. Then see what happens!

Re: Hair Loss

I also recommend the Matthew Gardson's method as alternative.  Two months later I began experiencing slow but steady hair growth along my hair line and on the crown, and if you prefer mustard mask, use cold water for better results

Borninthe - give us some data on this program and your experience. It is an all natural thing, right?

Re: Hair Loss

Hi I am Denial and looking for the solution for hair loss how  to reduce hair fall as  i am facing hair fall and split ends problem since 6months and tried so many remedies for them but didn't get any effect on my hair fall Please  suggest..

Re: Hair Loss

I had same problem than you, and began by using some natural products rather than the artificial ones, I think it is the best thing to do. I noticed some improvements concerning my hair fall. I live in Canada i do not know if they have that in your country but you may check their website and see if they ship this products to your country smile

In my opinion you are better go and consult a specialist wink

Re: Hair Loss

Cutting out the chemicals is a good place to begin, but something inside is most probably causing this issue. I suggest doing a hair analysis to see what toxins may be present and what hair, skin and nail nutrients toxins have depleted. I'd do this before going to a doctor - he would need to know this info anyway. Go to http://www.hairanalysisprogram.com/ to see if this interests you in your quest for answers.

I have had major thinning of my hair over the last 6 months. I can no longer braid my hair which used to be so thick that I had trouble creating a bunn. I have had my thyroid checked and everything came back fine. Docotrs just keep sayng it is stress but I have had LESS stress in my life. If the cause is aspartame will my hair grow back or is hair thinning due to aspartame permenate? <crosses fingers>
I have been a diet pepsi, diet coke drinking of about a liter - 2 liter per day for years. I dont drink alcohol or smoke. Diet drinks are an addiction for me because if I dont drink at least 1 can per day I get a terrible migraine.
Thanks for any comments.

This is a general observation, people, especially ladies, who experience hair loss, goes through a significant amount of trauma due to embarrassment, impaired self-esteem, and a change in appearance. Whether in relatively minor amounts or in heaps, hair loss can cause distress and alarm. These people think that they looked a lot older than they actually are, while diminished attractiveness is of the most concern for younger individuals. And this is true for both genders.

Re: Hair Loss

Men can get by with hair loss better than women, for sure. But again, this is a nutrient issue that needs to be explored in depth and detail.

Re: Hair Loss

I have lost all of my hair except for a few small patches.  All gone on my arms, legs but still have eyebrows and eyelashes. I drank a great deal of diet coke, chewed sugar free gum and ate sugar free candy up to 3 weeks ago when I read Sweet Poison, and have been aspartame free since then.  Most people do not believe that I will see any results. If I do, how long do you think it will take?
