Topic: Panax Ginseng

I read about Panax Ginseng, it said it is helping to treat and reducing seizure disorder, is that true?

Re: Panax Ginseng

The health benefits of ginseng have been known for centuries, so I see no reason NOT to use this. Caution is advised about possible interactions with some pharmaceuticals, such as warfarin, oral hypoglycemic agents, insulin, and phenelzine, and not because the ginseng is dangerous, but because the drugs are so unnatural.

Ginseng is an anti-inflammatory nutrient, so it should assist the body in lessening seizures. Make sure you have identified any other chemical substances that can cause seizure activity, like aspartame, and remove any possible causes for the seizures if possible.
