Topic: Artificial Sweeteners and PH Balance

I have started looking into PH Balance problems.  I am starting to see some similarities in my issues that go hand and hand with PH Balance.  I came across this tonight and found it worth sharing.  It list, in general, foods that are on both sides of the PH scale.  Be sure to check out the sweetener listing, BINGO.  NutraSweet, Equal, Aspartame and Sweet ‘N Low are at the extreme for acidity and on the other side Stevia is on the top of alkalinity.

If you consume any of the artificial sweeteners and are feeling any ill feelings, check your PH and see if you are acidic, of course immediately stop consuming the artificial sweetener at all cost.

Just scroll down a bit and the chart is there, but do read about PH Balance also.

PatB,  I found this post when I was clearing spam, and I never answered it. I love this post - stevia is alkaline??? THAT is great to confirm.

Sorry about the omission of the link.  I normally reread before posting but must have had one of those senior moments.  It has been a while but I believe this is the link.

Here is another link that also list the PH of various foods but in a different format.  This one list Agave Nectar as a mid line alkaline rating and does not mention Stevia.
